Doesn't care about customers

I was shipped the wrong order. The only way I was able to talk to a person was looking up the owner and calling him directly. The owner was more worried about how I got his contact info than correcting my order I paid for, and basically stated: "your order is not that importa...." before stopping himself. Not kool. I also agreed to delete the negative prior reviews as soon as the situation is fixed. Since the reviews aren't deleted and the situation isn't fixed I wouldn't trust this company as a new customer.

Nonexistent customer service

I received the wrong product. Not only is there no phone number posted on this site for customer service but my emails have gone completely ignored. I imagine someone probably received the email and decided to wait until the incorrect order I shipped back to them with "my" own funds arrives which makes me as a customer have to wait 3 times the original shipping time for my order. Bad deal. As a veteran buying from a company that brands itself as veteran owned I would not shop with them again as things currently stand.

I received the minimalist bag instead of this one I ordered. There's no contact phone number, I haven't received a email response, and I paid out of pocket to return the incorrect order. Will delete review if situation is corrected.

The bag is not what I expected: too shiny and KeepConcealed Customer service is non existent! They don’t respond to emails and there is no phone number . Will never order from them again

These bags are so cleanly designed!

I LOVE THIS BAG! It's definitely high quality, and well designed. I carry a Glock17 with it comfortably all day while I am in and out of meetings for my business. As a CEO I hated carrying in front since I was sitting in biz meetings much of the day, it was uncomfortable. Sometimes I would take it off and forget it in the drawer of my desk. With this I never forget my bag!
